Nogi is an important part of the curriculum here at Legion. After all it is part of the Legion mission statement to offer elite instruction in all submission grappling styles.
Our nogi classes are visited by members who only train without the gi (uniform) as well as members that train in both styles and rulesets.

It’s important to be able to take the fight to the ground. Both for self-defense and sport. That’s why we offer several judo and wrestling classes on top of having a healthy focus on takedowns in all of the other Legion programs.

Every Sunday, we host our traditional open mat. Always free, always 75+ people and always with good music and good vibes.
It’s just rounds for 2 and a half hours, with a mix of gi and nogi. Find all open mat info here:
