- skilled and experienced in filming & editing content
- equipped to do the job
- knowledgeable about youtube seo!!!
- able to scale our channel from 10k subscribers to 100k
- passionate about or at least interested in jiu jitsu
- a capable story-teller
- based in San Diego
- able to do part-time work
We are NOT looking for someone who is:
- not in San Diego
- inexperienced in shooting video or editing
- an agency / per gig freelancer
- not familiar with youtube back end
- completelty unfamiliar with jiu jitsu
- working a full time job
